1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the betx1 platform — whether through the website at betx1.win, the Android or iOS mobile app, or any other channel provided by betx1 — you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms apply to all platform users including visitors without an account, registered members, and active players. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are requested not to use the betx1 platform.

2 betx1 Member Eligibility

To register and use the betx1 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the date of registration and throughout continued use of the platform.
• Not subject to any local or international legal restrictions that prohibit participation in online betting or gaming.
• Never found guilty by the platform or any related institution of fraud, money laundering, or other serious misconduct.
• Not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme at betx1 or any other related platform.
• Represent yourself and not act on the instructions of or for the benefit of any third party without betx1's knowledge.

3 Registration and Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at betx1 at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is a violation of our terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without a refund of any remaining balance.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Rewards
